General Terms
Provide one short paragraph and 1-2 refs, at most, per character.
Avoid huge descriptions - Visuals are easier than describing/envisioning a pose.
Discuss details with clarity, maturity, and proper grammar.
Allow me some creative freedom if you'd like art done more quickly.
I will never directly copy a pose from a provided reference, but I will certainly use it for inspiration.
If you don't see something as an example in my gallery, just ask, and be sure to provide extra references if it's something new or detailed.
Once I've replied to your order form, reply asap so I can work on a sketch without asking for details later.
Unruly or negative behavior, such as urging me to draw something I've already politely declined once, will result in your commission being cancelled and your name blacklisted or blocked.

Copyright & Usage
I, Amanda Stevens aka "Razrroth" hold all rights to all artworks produced. The commissioner has limited rights.*
*Unless, of course, the commissioned artwork is for a business or intellectual property with copyright-protected logos, characters, etc. or contains time-sensitive information; aka. spoilers; which could ruin hype or sales, in which case copyrights and sharing will be based on the terms of the business.
My rights to the artwork:
Can be posted/uploaded publicly on social media and websites (unless requested as a private piece)
Can be used to promote myself to others
Can be published or printed physically, but not resold (with credit to character owner)
Commissioner's rights to the artwork:
May share the artwork publicly with proper credit and links to my site (or wherever is relevant to the post)
For personal use and printing
May claim ownership of the character, but not the artwork itself
Doing any of the following is Copyright Infringement, and all rights to the artwork will be void:
Using the artwork commercially, without prior warning
Removing watermarks or signatures
Claiming credit of the artwork itself
Heavily altering the artwork without my consent - Lightly editing art due to design alterations is fine
Using the artwork to directly sell a character that I didn't design*
*If I draw your existing character, and you use my art specifically to sell the character later, you're using my name and art to promote a design I did not create. This is unacceptable, as the design may be something I don't approve of or stand behind by the time you sell them.
If you pay me to design a character, however, and that art or reference is used to resell it later, that's acceptable.

Customer Satisfaction
I aim to provide 100% satisfying artwork to my customers, and am always open to positively-impacting critiques and ideas.
Too much customer input and adjustment during the final drawing stage could result in a sub-par product, and will demotivate me, slowing my progress. Please be as thorough as possible in your initial descriptions to avoid later alterations and extra charges.
I just want everyone to be happy! c:
